"Do you know what your blog reminds me of- how it makes me feel... it's like walking into one of those absolutely stunning home decor/ country knick knacks/ antiques/ kitch collectables etc etc store.. you know the ones.. the ones where you want EVERYTHING in the store..where it makes you feel full to burst with the gorgeousness of it all. THAT's what your blog does to me...so I wouldn't mind betting that I'm not the only one who feels like this. I rarely put a comment on because it just one of those things that is so "YES!" that there is nothing to be said.. know what i mean?" Ruth
"You are such an inspiration to me….I can literally feel your ‘passion and love’ with all your post! Simply awesome, beautiful photos….I want to move to Italy, start learning Italian this week!"

"Oh wow Lisa that is magical…your dream to travel to Italy sure is in your blood!! I love how you know what your dream is all about, and how you cant wait to embrace your dream…the best part of your dream is that your readers get to experience all of it while you share your travels."
Lisa
"PLEASE tell me how to get there!!! This sounds so unbelievable!! It is as if you have secretly stepped inside my mind, and carefully paid attention to the details……I simply do not fully understand the pathway from here to there…..
You are an amazing family, I am certain our families are destined to meet one day!!!"

I just can’t go past images like these, I am totally in love with Pinterest and just seeing what people “pin” tells me so much. I am finding the original owner still difficult to find though. Most bloggers just seem to credit to pinterest and let viewers track down if they want. What have you found? x

I’ve yet to dive into the world of pininterest Lisa but you are inspiring me….These images are a delight. So much impact when put together like this. I love details of all sorts but and old, swirly ironwork is a favourite, even in a really simple interior. Like jewellery isn’t it? Lovely post.

Thanks Janine, I do love my Pinterest although I’ve hesitated till now to post images (try to use my own). I’m sure you’d love it. There is a joy in finding just the right image and putting them together in just the right way…. to try to tell a little story with a few photo’s. The color in the ironwork is just a delight, and I especially love the door handle! Very romantic style and attention to detail in those days. xxx
